Artist Submissions :

Submission Guidelines

Backorders :

Backorders are rare. We will inform you via email of any out of stock items. Backordered prints are reordered weekly until the publisher fills the order. If the items remain unavailable after 30 days, we will cancel the backordered items and send you an email notice with the option of renewing the backorder.

Catalogs :

We no longer publish printed catalogs or CD-roms. We add new prints to our web site daily, and are constantly expanding and updating the listings.

Color Matching:

Colors of images as viewed on a computer monitor will never exactly match the full size prints/gigleeor originals. All images on our site are provided by the print publishers. Returns due to inaccurate color are subject to our standard return policy.

Copyrights :

We can only provide copyright information for artists whom we publish. We have no information regarding copyrights of distributed print images. If you are searching for particular image copyright information, you need to contact an industry publisher, artist, or artist's agent directly.

Credit Card Charges:

Credit cards are charged when the ordering process is completed.

Duplicate Images:

Duplicate or similar prints may appear for some artists, due to multiple publishers for an artist.

International Orders:

The shopping cart will calculate the shipping charge including all taxes, tariffs and duties.

Packaging :

Originals/ Giclees are carefully packed in sturdy, custom made containers. Prints are shipped in a flat box or tubes.

Payment :

Use our convenient shopping cart for the following payment methods:

  1. Credit card via secure online submission - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx.

  2. Credit card via fax.

  3. Check or credit card via postal mail.

Privacy Policy:

jimiArt.com does not sell or rent any customer information to third parties. Credit card payments are securely processed through Authorize.net. Customer phone numbers are for the use of our shipping agent, only in the event of a problem delivering your packages. Customer email addresses are used only by jimiArt.com to contact customers regarding orders, inquiries, or jimiArt.com business.

Returns :

jimiArt.com customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items in the original shipping containers. Packages must ship via insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx at the customer's expense. Refunds for the item(s) purchase price will be credited promptly upon receipt of merchandise in new condition. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Sales Tax :

Sales tax is charged only for deliveries within Illinois.

Shipping Charges:

The shopping cart will calculate the total shipping charges based on the order total and destination.

Shipping Damage :

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, just send an email to contact@jimiart.com stating the nature of the damage to the carton and contents. We will mail you a prepaid returnUPS shipping label and will ship a replacement as soon as possible.

Shipping Time :

All orders ship via UPS at discounted rates. The shopping cart shipping options are:

1) UPS 3-day service with regular order processing. Allow 2 weeks for delivery.

2) UPS 2 day service with priority order processing. Allow 5-10 days for delivery.

We do not ship to PO boxes within the USA or to APO and FPO addresses.
